Pretty epic trip, can't for the report.

After not driving my truck for a week I went out and found my batteries wouldn't turn it over fast enough to start. Flip the switch to the camper batteries and fire the truck up. Trimetric showed 75 amps going out! My shunt is only 100. Anyway the alternator wouldn't charge the truck batteries. Rather than hold up my trip I just figured the camper batteries would be adequate for a short trip. Later as the truck batteries charged up got charged up (camper batts and solar) the alternator kicked in again. Guess its some kind of protective circuit if the batteries are way too low.

When I installed the wiring from the truck to the camper I didn't think it'd get much use either direction. Sure glad I took the effort to get it done.

Interesting issue with the remote temperature sensor. Almost makes me glad I don't have one :)
